has its advantages and positives.
And with todays rushed lifestyle, what is better than some downtime to free the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a refreshing escape from the pressures and demands of work, ideal as a pre meeting activity or post meeting downtime.
The activity is low impact but stimulating and will leave individuals refreshed and ready for the next round of meetings!
A unique way to refresh your team.
The programme can be tailored to your requirements using Yoga, Pilates and ChiBall as the key elements to the activity. Sessions are approximately an hour long and can be arranged at times and places to suit.
The key benefits are:
Postures either gentle Hatha or the more challenging Dynamic Yoga will stretch and strengthen the muscles and mobilize the joints, cleanse and tone the body, inside and out, massage internal organs, re-align and balance left and right. This helps to avoid injury;
Breathing practices these are physically cleansing and mentally stimulating or relaxing. This helps reduce anxiety and breathing difficulties;
Relaxation practices these reduce anxiety, aid physical healing and improve mental wellbeing;
Meditation for focus and control.
