Freefall abseiling and rap running down rock faces. Starting off with a straight-forward abseil, you slowly build up your confidence - to the final descent using the technique "rap running". Rap Running is very similar to abseiling except you descend the rock face FORWARDS!!

The giant 12ft clear sphere, fitted with 2 harnesses inside so that you can experience this thrill of a lifetime with a friend, don't worry about the screaming noise you make, you are well insulated inside!
